Introducing Nick Chubb, our duck with a superstar’s spirit. Named after the football hero, this little guy’s got moves that’ll remind you of Chubb’s own on-field magic. He’s not just fast, he’s sturdy and determined too. Watching Nick Chubb paddle around, it’s like seeing a mini running back in action – strong, swift, and always aiming for that extra yard!
Meet Kirby, our delightful duck with a personality as big as his namesake’s coaching legacy. Just like the legendary coach, Kirby’s got a style all his own – a mix of charisma and determination. Rocky stands out as the only ‘big’ duck we tagged during our initial efforts in La Paz. Supported by Rocky Point Bird Observatory in British Columbia. It’s quite rare to see larger ducks this far south in Mexico so early in December. To give you an idea of the context: while we were in La Paz, we observed a few thousand teal, but only about 50 larger-bodied ducks of various species were present in the area.
